Governance
An overview of ICTI’s constitutional governance structure and leadership responsibilities.
The Constitution was adopted by the Constituent General Assembly on 14 November 2025, with the registered headquarters designated at Douala (Bonapriso), Cameroon. Legal formalities remain subject to the competent authorities.
The GEB directs global operations and includes the President, Vice President, Secretary-General, Director-General, Treasurer, Legal Advisor, Ethics Advisor, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer.
Continental Directors coordinate regional offices, supervise Country Directors, and report to the global leadership.
Country Directors lead national chapters. Each chapter must comply with host-country law and meet the constitutional membership threshold.
The Constitution establishes the General Assembly, the GEB, appointment procedures, term limits, reporting lines, standing committees, and transitional authority. A public document download will be added when approved for publication.
